ROOM RATES – PJ Lounge

$170.00 per hour (includes standard bar service)

$1000.00 per evening ( eight hours including standard bar service)

The maximum for a seated meal is 70 persons

·         Staff are included in the price for service from the bar and clearing.

·         If tray or table service is required a charge may apply.

·         The bar closes at 1 am (no exceptions).

·         Bar tabs are available.  Payment of bar to be finalized at the end of the function

·         BBYC members may not staff the bar for a private function.

·         Decorations are limited to free standing only.  No sticky tape, blue tac, drawing pins/tacks on walls or beams.  Do not hang balloons off wire lighting system.  Please use hooks provided on the top of beams for attaching decorations.

·         No food or drink to be brought in or taken out of the Club.

The Bucklands Beach Yacht will co-ordinate all your arrangements for you, including drinks, personalized menus, place names, table cloths, chair covers and bows etc.  Our in-house Caterers, Daniel & Jennifer Ward, KTK Caterers will cater for your function and can be contacted on 535 6901.
